What is a Meet and Assist service at a Pakistan airport?
A Meet and Assist service means a trained Qulbay Host meets your passenger at the airport and guides them through every stage of the airport process. This includes luggage collection, check-in, immigration, customs, security, and escorting to the departure gate or to the exit. Designed for elderly passengers, first-time travellers, or anyone who finds Pakistani airports stressful. Our staff speak English, Urdu, and Punjabi.
Can I book a porter at Karachi airport in advance?
Yes and we strongly recommend it. Qulbay Porter service at Karachi Jinnah International Airport (KHI) costs £33 and can be booked days or weeks before your travel date. Booking in advance guarantees a dedicated porter is confirmed for your flight. Walk-in availability at Pakistani airports is unreliable especially during Eid, summer, and school holiday seasons.
How do I book airport assistance for an elderly passenger?

Select the Host and Porter service (£45) which includes a dedicated Host who personally meets the passenger, manages all luggage, guides them through immigration, customs, and security, and stays with them until they are safely at the gate or exit. You can book on behalf of a passenger — you do not need to be travelling yourself.
Is there a fast-track service at Lahore airport?
Qulbay offers fast-track assistance at Lahore (LHE) subject to availability. Our Host will guide your passenger as efficiently as possible using available priority lanes where permitted. We cannot legally guarantee bypassing government immigration queues. Book our Host and Porter service in advance if speed is a priority.
What is included in the Host and Porter service?
The Host and Porter service (£45) includes: a dedicated trained Host who meets your passenger at the airport, full luggage handling and porterage, guidance through immigration customs and security, assistance with check-in for departures, and escort to the departure gate or exit on arrival. No hidden fees — fixed at £45 per booking.
How much does airport assistance cost in Pakistan?
Qulbay offers two fixed-price services: Porter service costs £33 (luggage handling and porterage). Host and Porter service costs £45 (dedicated Host plus full porterage). Both prices are in British Pounds (GBP) with no hidden fees regardless of airport or flight time.
Can I book airport help for someone else travelling to Pakistan?
Yes — this is the most common use case for Qulbay. Many bookings are made by British Pakistani families in the UK arranging airport assistance for a parent, grandparent, or relative flying to or from Pakistan. You provide the passenger travel details on the booking form, and our team ensures they are met and looked after at the airport. You do not need to be travelling yourself.
Is Qulbay affiliated with PCAA or the Pakistani government?
No. Qulbay is an independent UK-based platform. We are not affiliated with the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA), any Pakistani government body, or any individual airport authority. We are a private commercial service operating within the rules and permissions of each airport. Our staff are trained, verified professionals.
What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
Contact us via WhatsApp at +44 7466 444897 as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the new time subject to staff availability. In cases of cancellation with sufficient notice, a refund will be issued per our cancellation policy. Qulbay is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by airlines or Pakistani authorities.
How do I pay for Qulbay airport services?
Payment can be made online via our secure booking form (card payment), via a payment link on WhatsApp, or by UK bank transfer. All prices are in GBP. Can I cancel my Qulbay booking?
Yes, cancellations are accepted subject to our policy. Contact us via WhatsApp at +44 7466 444897 as early as possible. Cancellations at least 48 hours before the service may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Cancellations less than 48 hours before, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
